Hallmark PropertiesHallmark Properties is an Oregon real estate agency, with a prime location between the state's most prominent cities: Portland and Salem. siteCoffee came along side the agency to create an updated website design—using their existing branding—that better reflected Hallmark Properties' commitment to excellence and their friendly approach to helping clients. Joomla was used as the content management system, allowing Hallmark to perform the majority of site updates quickly and easily themselves. Working in concert with a team of outside programmers, siteCoffee developed a custom Joomla extension to allow property listings to be easily uploaded, modified, and automatically sent to major real estate websites such as Trulia.
